Returns and complaints

We do our very best to inform you about our products with pictures. In case a purchase does not meet your expectations it can be returned, but only on certain conditions:

We ask you to file a complaint as fast as possible, within 7 business days, after you have received the goods. This is only possible by e-mail. We will reply to your e-mail immediately. Complaints registered on closing days or on working days after 6pm will be dealt with on the next working day.

The returned goods must meet the following conditions:

  • They must be returned within 7 business days
  • The packing slip (or a copy thereof) must also be returned.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging
  • The return shipment must be sufficiently franked

Processing your return shipping

We will confirm your return by e-mail. Returns must be returned at your own expense.
You will have the product delivered at your expense and risk to the following return address:

We can also take care of the return and provide you with the necessary documents and information to ensure everything runs smoothly. This cost will then be deducted from the refund for the returned products.
