You can easily and quickly see which discounts you are receiving, so you can always be sure you are taking advantage of the best deals.

In your profile, you have the option to create subscriptions. These are handy lists of products you need regularly. With this feature, you can easily set up automatic ordering based on the time interval you select. This way, you don't have to worry about forgetting to order something. In addition, you can manage these subscriptions flexibly; you have the option to temporarily pause them if you don't need the products for a while. This way, you maintain full control over your orders and only receive what you really need at that moment.

Besides subscriptions, our webshop also offers the possibility to create order lists. These are handy lists in which you can collect products that you often need together. With one click, you can then place all the items in the list in your shopping cart, without having to look up each product separately. This saves you time and makes the ordering process even easier and more efficient.

On your account page, there are also overview pages for receipts, credit notes and shipments. These pages, like the other overview pages, have a filter system that allows you to easily look up the correct data. So you can quickly and easily find and manage all the information you need.

You have the option to create RMAs (Return Merchandise Authorisations) via the detail page of your invoice. This process is simple and quick to do, making it easy to manage returns. Besides creating RMAs, there is also a dedicated overview page where you can find all your created RMAs. This page is equipped with handy filters, allowing you to quickly and efficiently search through your RMAs and easily retrieve the desired information. This way, you always have a complete and clear overview of your returns.

Besides managing your account details, you can also find your delivery addresses on this page. You can view, change or add new addresses. This makes it easy to keep your delivery information up-to-date, so that orders are always sent to the right location. This gives you the flexibility to manage multiple addresses, depending on your needs, and ensure your deliveries always arrive at the desired location.
